Rathaus Ingolstadt offers multiple services, it is responsible for your registration in Ingolstadt as well as your visa extension.

Process of City Registration:

Step1: https://www.ingolstadt.de/Rathaus/

Step 2:

Step3: click on Bürgeramt:

Step 4: Click on the option of Wohnungsanderung:

Step 5: Select the option which corresponds to your case:

• If you are moving alone from “X” Country to Germany then use the Highlighted option

• If you are moving from “X” German City to Ingolstadt use the third Option.

• If you're moving from Ingolstadt to Ingolstadt just an apartment/address is changed, use Option 1

Step 8: Choose the time from the Available slots and click on JA/yes:

Step 10: check your email and click on the link to confirm the appointment. This link is valid only for 1 hour:
